The device runs on dedicated ultra-pure water and electricity — roughly 20 PLN a month. Each client uses a soft, replaceable nasal cannula; water and cannulas can be delivered on a subscription so you never have to remember to reorder. The PEM membrane is designed for around 10 000 working hours.
No medical qualifications are needed. A session is non-invasive: the client sits comfortably and breathes the H₂/O₂ mixture through a nasal cannula for 30–60 minutes. Before the first session we run a basic training course for your team and provide materials that help you launch the service.
Every device comes with a 2-year warranty and 8 years of spare-part availability — ten years of technical support in total. Service response time is 72 hours. The devices are designed, produced and serviced in Poland (Myszków / Częstochowa).
