Hygiene and use
For hygiene reasons and to maintain maximum therapeutic effectiveness, the cannula should be used by only one person. Due to the accumulation of bacterial flora in a humid environment, it is recommended to replace the cannula with a new one every 15 days with regular use. The tubing can be cleaned and disinfected using dedicated alcohol-free or silver-based products.
